Other than items returned to us as undeliverable, we are unable to offer refunds at this time. If for some reason there is damage to an item you purchased, you must notify us by email at info@samesky.com within 14 days of receiving the item to arrange for exchange. Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order, including cancellations.
