				EMANUELA SZCZELKUN Executive Assistant to Francine LeFrak Emanuela Szczelkun provides executive support and serves as the primary point of contact for all internal and external matters pertaining to Same Sky and Francine LeFrak. She is a liaison between all departments, including events, human resources, finance, and operations. Emanuela has been with Same Sky since its inception, witnessing its impact upon the lives of women. She's proud to be part of the Same Sky family, working alongside talented colleagues and a visionary founder. In her free time, Emanuela enjoys traveling and keeping an active lifestyle.

				COLLEEN NAPOLITANO Art & Content Director From photo shoots and email blasts to social media campaigns and site design, Colleen Napolitano works behind the scenes to make Same Sky's story heard. A Brooklyn-based creative problem solver, Colleen lives for mapping the places where images and words intersect, motivated by the belief that a compassionate world grows out of innovative, empathetic communication. When not scouring the web for new fonts or snapping product photos, Colleen can be found making and supporting music, art, theatre, and dance. She aspires to be an architect of joy.

				JOSEPH PINO Director of Brand Relations If you've attended a Same Sky event, you've no doubt seen Joseph running around and keeping things operating smoothly. He joined the Same Sky team in 2016 as the Director of Brand Relations and has since taken the mission of empowerment through employment to heart. The resident foodie of the office, Joseph's Texan roots are most evident in his appetite. His personal goal is to conquer New York one bite at a time.

				TAYLOR PALMER Head of Sales & Outreach Taylor Palmer is Same Sky's guru of customer relations, managing sales and event prep while cultivating wholesale opportunities. She joined the team after graduating from Fordham University with a BA in Music. Taylor was drawn to Same Sky because of the organization's mission: building a world where every woman has the opportunity to succeed and achieve their goals. In her free time, Taylor enjoys exploring NYC (and especially loves when said exploration involves great bands!).
