HOW CAN I CARE FOR MY SAME SKY JEWELRY?

Your jewelry is made of the finest glass plated beads in a myriad of colors and sizes. Our materials are carefully selected for their quality, durability, and tactility. Expect slight variations in every piece as your jewelry is uniquely hand-crafted.

Things To Avoid: liquids, direct sunlight, general wear and tear

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING PROCESS?

Products ordered online with standard shipping are shipped via USPS; shipping time is typically 2-3 business days. For a guaranteed delivery date or expedited shipping, select FedEx shipping.

If there is an issue with the delivery of your order, please contact Same Sky and one of customer service representatives will contact the carrier. Same Sky is not responsible for shipping delays or lost/stolen packages.  

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?

Upon successfully placing an order, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also contact Same Sky for a status update of your order.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We ship internationally. Any additional shipping charges, duties, and taxes will be billed to the recipient. Same Sky is not able to discount or provide reimbursement for any additional fees associated with international order.

Same Sky does not provide return shipping for international orders and is not responsible for any additional fees associated with return shipping for exchanges 

WHAT IS THE REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

We are unable to offer refunds due to our fundamental mission to provide employment to women artisans. We do offer store credits and exchanges for 90 days after purchase. If for some reason customers wish to return or exchange an item within the first 30 days they may do so free of penalty. After 30 days, customers may still exchange or return items but a 15% restocking charge will be deducted. After 90 days, customers return requests will be handled on a case to case basis.

MY JEWELRY HAS BECOME DAMAGED. CAN IT BE REPAIRED?

We offer repairs on jewelry purchased from Same Sky. All repairs need to be assessed by Same Sky to determine the best method for repair. Pricing for repairs vary depending on the repairs needed. Please contact info@samesky.com for more information.

IS MY CREDIT CARD/PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURE?

Orders and sales completed on the Same Sky website are encrypted and secured.

WHAT ARE THE LEGAL TERMS?

You agree, as a condition of use of this Same Sky website, to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Same Sky Design Corp and its members, managers, investors, officers, employees, agents and the assigns of same, from and against any and all loss, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses), claims, damages, liabilities, and other injury related to or associated with your use of this Same Sky website and any violation of this Privacy Policy by you.

This Privacy Policy constitutes a contract made under and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA.

Your privacy is important to us; we work hard to protect your identity, and any information you may provide. The Same Sky Privacy Policy applies specifically and only to the Same Sky website, and does not extend to partners named in, or sites linked to the Same Sky website. Any information you provide about yourself or any organization you represent, either directly on the Same Sky website or in response to our website, is treated as strictly confidential.  We do not sell, rent, lease or share with other entities the information you provide on this site.
