WHERE DOES THE MONEY GO?


100% of net proceeds are reinvested to train and employ more artisans in need.

 

HOW CAN I CARE FOR MY SAME SKY JEWELRY?

Our jewelry is strong and made to last a long time, but to best care for your Same Sky jewelry, do not expose to liquids.

 

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING PROCESS?

Products ordered online will be shipped via USPS within the selected time window chosen during the check-out process. At this time, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

 

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE ENCOUNTERS AN ISSUE?

If for some reason the shipping process is interrupted, you will be notified via the contact information you give at the time of sale. Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When we receive them, we send an email notifying the customer of the return and issue a full refund (including shipping charges). 

 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?


Definitely! Upon successfully placing an order, you will receive an email with your tracking number via FedEx. 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We ship internationally. (Please note that P.O. Box destinations are invalid addresses for international orders. Please provide physical addresses only.)

 

WHAT IS THE REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Other than items returned to us as undeliverable, we are unable to offer refunds at this time due to our fundamental mission to provide employment to women artisans. If for some reason your item is received damaged, please notify us via email at info@samesky.com within 30 days of receiving the item to arrange for an exchange or store credit.


MY JEWELRY HAS BECOME DAMAGED. CAN IT BE REPAIRED?

We offer jewelry repairs at a rate of $15 per item. Please contact info@samesky.com for more information.


RETURNS FOR OUR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ONLY:

All International orders will have to pay the shipping fee PLUS be responsible for Duties and Taxes placed on the shipment.

Returns will only be honored if the bracelet is damaged in any way. Exchanges will also be honored, however the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.

 


WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT AND WHERE CAN I PURCHASE SAME SKY JEWELRY?

 

We accept all credit cards on our website: Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover. You can also purchase our jewelry at a retailer near you. You can also purchase jewelry by visiting our office in NYC, attending an upcoming trunkshow, or calling 917.668.3901.

 

WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE AS IT APPEARS ON THE WEBSITE?

 

Every product is uniquely handmade by one of our artisans in Rwanda. Products may vary slightly from descriptions or images on the website. 

 

HOW DO I ADJUST THE SIZE?

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?

 

You can clean the silver in your Same Sky jewelry with a non-abrasive cloth and any silver cleaner. Should your glass bead jewelry get dirty, we recommend you to use a damp cloth to wipe the beads.

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

WILL MY EMAIL BE USED FOR MARKETING PURPOSES?


Same Sky collects email addresses and, from these addresses, assembles certain email lists for the purpose of more effectively serving our customers and partners.  We regard email addresses as strictly confidential information and we protect your privacy through nondisclosure and an internal-use-only policy.  We do not sell, rent, lease or share with other entities the email addresses that we collect and send email updates/invitations respectably if a customer agrees to receive email marketing.


IS MY CREDIT CARD/PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURE?


Orders and sales completed on the Same Sky website are protected in every way including protection of credit card and other financial information.  Same Sky takes special care in selecting partners you may access, and from whom you may also place orders and make sales;  Same Sky cannot insure the security of websites other than our own, even those for whom we provide hyperlinks on this site.


WHAT ARE THE LEGAL TERMS?
