Judith was at a crossroads in her life. As a devoted mother of four, she had stepped away from the workforce to raise her family. But when economic hardship arose, Judith was ready to take the plunge back into full-time employment.
Her previous job at a security company made her a promising candidate for a position with A J Security. Prepared with a polished cover letter and interview techniques, Judith impressed her interviewers... but the requirements for employment blindsided her.
Without a valid SORA license, she couldn't be included among the candidate pool. Judith needed funds to pay for a training class, fingerprinting, and NJ state registration fees, and she couldn't afford it alone.
